Dentistry — is a system, not a single tooth.
I plan treatment ten to twenty years ahead. Through diagnostics, not improvisation.

Dentist · Implantologist · Prosthodontist
I take on complex cases — full-mouth rehabilitation, implants, prosthetics, extractions. Every patient story begins with diagnostics and a plan.
The goal is aesthetic, stable results that hold for decades — not until the next check-up, not for a season.
Outside the practice — regular sport. It keeps focus sharp and gives the day a switch-off point.
Treatment doesn't begin in the chair. It begins with diagnostics.
Diagnostics
CBCT, intraoral scan, photo protocol. Before touching a tooth, we map the whole system — bone, occlusion, soft tissue, articulation.
Planning
Digital wax-up and surgical guide. Every implant, every millimetre — agreed before treatment begins, never during it.
Long horizon
A decision is judged not a week later, but ten years on. Prognosis, risk, and alternatives are part of the first consultation.
Selected work, structured.
Cases are published without faces. Patients have consented to publication. Materials may be replaced on request.
Full implant rehabilitation.
Female, 55. Old bridges (15+ years) breaking down and losing stability — discomfort and food impaction. CT showed pronounced destruction of abutment teeth and chronic inflammation. Tooth retention not viable.
Full rehabilitation on implants. Extractions with immediate placement, five implants in a single stage, provisional bridge bonded right after surgery. Definitive prosthesis at three months.
Function and aesthetics fully restored. Construction: zirconia on a titanium bar. Stable, predictable result.
Ceramic veneers in the anterior segment.
Patient with limited time — visit from Poland. Existing old fillings in the anterior segment.
Old fillings replaced with four ceramic veneers. Healthy tooth tissue left untouched, treatment kept local.
Aesthetics restored; occlusion adapted to protect against chipping.
Localized posterior implantation.
Male, 50. Missing chewing teeth in the upper-left segment. Functional and aesthetic deficit — visible defect on a wide smile, impaired chewing.
Localized restoration without full-mouth rehab. Two implants placed at sites 4–5; crowns bonded at 4–7 two months later.
Chewing function fully restored. Aesthetic defect resolved.
Ceramic smile rehabilitation.
Female, 42. Aesthetic concerns: dissatisfaction with tooth shape and pronounced interdental gaps in the smile zone. Main request — a harmonious, natural smile. No prior aesthetic treatment.
Full aesthetic rehabilitation of the upper jaw with ceramic restorations. Digital smile design and mock-up try-in, shape and shade approved with the patient, twelve ceramic restorations bonded.
Harmonious, symmetrical smile with natural aesthetics. Interdental gaps closed, tooth shape improved. Treatment completed within two weeks.

What people typically ask before deciding.
Pricing is set after diagnostics, not before. The same procedure for two patients can cost differently — bone condition, number of stages, prosthetic complexity. You'll get an indicative budget at consultation, the final figure after the plan.
From first consultation to permanent prosthesis — typically four to six months. Temporary teeth are placed within 24–72 hours after surgery. Permanent zirconia construction follows full integration and confirmed stability.
Yes. The first consultation can be remote — analysis of existing CT, planning and budget agreed in writing. The in-person phase compresses to one or two visits.
A second-opinion appointment is its own format. I don't critique previous doctors and don't promise to 'redo it cheaper'. We look at what's been done, what can be kept, what needs changing — with which risks and on what timeline.
Five years on implants, two years on prosthetics — conditional on hygiene and scheduled follow-ups. The guarantee is verified at every visit, not only on paper.
